Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email and can also be accessed through your profile page or via the Track Your Order menu option https://evernightgroup.store/apps/parcelpanel
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed, we recommend waiting until the estimated delivery window has passed, as international shipments may experience intermittent tracking updates.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at support@evernightgroup.com
Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Evernight is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
